A blood bank is a facility that collects and stores blood bags from donations. The increasing population over the years is affected by the high demand for blood stocks. Hence, with the rise in population, there is also a rise in the need to have more blood in stock. Despite this, only about 10% of the current population joins in blood donation, causing wastage of the overall blood supply due to inadequate management. To arrange blood donation campaigns, organizers must first find the nearest blood bank to obtain information and the necessary supplies. In case of an emergency whereby the patient requires blood immediately, the hospital either has to post on social media or make advertisements through television or radio. Therefore, this study proposes a new web application for blood bank and donor management to close the gap between donors and receivers, as well as to minimize the time and energy needed to find blood donors.
