Manuscript Submission Instructions
- Manuscripts must be submitted online through the journal portal by one of the authors.
- Only Word files (.doc or .docx) are accepted.
- There is no page limit for submissions but should not exceed 8000 words.
- Submissions from anyone other than one of the listed authors will not be accepted.
- The submitting author is responsible for the manuscript throughout the entire process; from submission and peer review to publication. Submission should contain:
- Title and Authorship Information
Each manuscript should begin with the following details:
- Paper Title
- Full Author Names
- Institutional Affiliations and Mailing Addresses
- Email Addresses of All Authors
Make sure all information is accurate and consistent with what appears in the submission portal.
- Abstract
Every manuscript must include an abstract that clearly summarizes the key aspects of the paper.
- The abstract should be self-contained, without citations.
- It should not exceed 250 words.
- Include a brief overview of the study’s objectives, methods, main findings, and conclusions.
- Index Terms
List three to six keywords and one SDG key word as applicable that best describe your paper’s focus.
Separate keywords using commas.
(Example: Renewable Energy, Hybrid Systems, Grid Integration)
- Introduction
Provide a concise overview of your study.
- This section should introduce the background, research problem, and objectives.
- Keep it focused and clear ; no subheadings should be used.
- Literature Review
Concise and critical overview of relevant scholarly work.
- Summarize existing theories, models, or empirical findings related to your topic.
- Highlight gaps, limitations, or inconsistencies in previous research that justify the need for your study.
- Materials and Methods
This section should include enough detail to allow the work to be replicated.
- Describe all procedures, techniques, and materials used.
- You may divide this section into subsections if multiple methods are discussed.
- Clearly indicate any software, instruments, or models used in the study.
- Results and Discussion
Present and discuss your findings in a logical and organized manner.
- You may combine or separate the Results and Discussion sections depending on your paper’s structure.
- Use subheadings if needed for clarity.
- Interpret the results and explain their scientific or practical significance.
- Conclusions
Clearly summarize the main findings and highlight their importance and relevance.
This section should also point out any future research directions or potential applications.
- Declarations:
Include any relevant statements as applicable to the manuscript, such as:
- Acknowledgment: Identify sources of funding, institutional or technical support, and any contributions not qualifying for authorship.
- Data Availability Statement: Indicate whether the data supporting the findings of the study are available and how they can be accessed.
- Conflict of Interest: Declare any potential conflicts of interest or state “The authors declare no conflict of interest.â€
- Ethical Approval (if applicable): Include ethics approval numbers or statements of compliance for studies involving humans or animals.
- References
Ensure that all references are complete and accurate.
- Every citation mentioned in the text must appear in the reference list.
- Follow the APA referencing style strictly (as required for JATI).

- Figures
- All figures must be cited in consecutive order within the text.
- Acceptable formats include vector art (Illustrator, EPS, WMF, CorelDraw, PowerPoint, Excel) and bitmap formats (Photoshop, TIFF, GIF, JPEG).
- Minimum resolution for bitmap images: 300 dpi (unless lower resolution is scientifically justified).
- Each figure should have a clear caption explaining its content.
- Tables
- Cite tables sequentially in the text.
- Each table should have a descriptive title.
- If numerical data are used, indicate units of measurement in the column headings.
- Keep tables clear, concise, and easy to interpret.
- Units of Measurement
- All units must be presented clearly using the International System of Units (SI).
- Use consistent notation throughout the manuscript.
