The quality of milk provided to household livelihood is highly dependent on the quality of raw milk from the milk production. It is crucial to control the quality of raw milk to maintain the food security and nutritious value for household livelihood. This paper proposes a milk production prediction model by using Long short-term memory (LSTM) techniques.
